Located in a prominent new development named Dubai Creek Harbour, the DCH Retail District

(DCHRD) is a massive retail district targeted to be a third larger than Dubai Mall and will be the largest

retail center in the world.

The retail district will act as a giant city themed of attractions, and one of the most important area is the

Boulevard, a 600 m long, 36 m wide stretch of retail. The design feature consist of event and activity spaces, kinetic and responsive façade, and an operable skylight which can open during winter season. Façade was designed as a model of modern Islamic city, which is rich in tradition yet also future oriented.
