The project is a competition invited by a major construction company in Indonesia to redesign their new headquarter. The design vision in derived mainly from the company’s value which is efficiency and

sustainability.

The tower is designed with a highly efficient core and body ratio, newest vertical transportation technology is introduced. The façade of the building utilizes window to wall ratio that responded from sun path,

resulting of a dynamic sized opening throughout towers skin. Red colored concrete was chosen as a homage to company’s logo value, resulting an instant new icon of construction and technology to the city and to the company it represent.
