The firm is led and founded by Ar. Nabil Alamudi, ST., MT.

He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with Master of Science degree (graded Cum Laude) and Tarumanagara University for the Bachelor of Architecture degree.

Nabil has worked as an architect at PDW Architects and handled the most awarded sustainable office building in Indonesia, the Pacific Century Place in Jakarta.

He’s also an alumni of DP Architects which worked on mega scale projects across Asia and the Middle East, namely the Lusail Commercial complex in Qatar, Dubai Creek Harbor Commercial District, and a 60 story DIFC tower.

After years in worked consultant firms, he joined Mapletree Investments PTE LTD, a well known real estate company in Singapore, worked as an inhouse architect handling feasibility studies of various typologies in various countries around the world.

Lastly he joined CSS / CloudKitchens, a US company focusing on developing the building typology of the company’s namesake. Managed architects to worked on feasibility studies through design development across countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

He is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. He is also registered architect (STRA Madya) with Indonesia Architecture Association.

Property Development NA, was established in 2019 as the development wing of Design Studio NA, focuses on residential construction and renovation projects intended for sale.

With expertise in architectural design, Property Development NA develops housing projects that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality. Property Development NA ensures that every home is both visually appealing and comfortable.
